Our History
With years of experience specialising in the Private and Commercial Property Sector through Getty Properties®, our sister Property Management Company based in Dundee serving Tayside and Angus, in addition to short term holiday lets in the Canary Islands, we decided to expand our offerings to provide a valued service for landlords.

Our Managing Director Gary is a Certified Practitioner with The Chartered Institute of Housing, a Landlord and Letting Agent Member of the Scottish Association of Landlords and, a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, a professional accreditation from ARLA Propertymark in the UK, indicating that as a letting agent, Mr Getty is qualified, experienced, and adheres to a strict code of conduct and professional standards.
