We are Getty Lettings and in partnership with Getty Properties®, are run by Mr Gary John Getty who is a registered Landlord and registered Letting Agent.

I, “Mr Gary John Getty”, and as Data Controller for “Getty Lettings Ltd” and “Getty Properties Ltd” , take the issue of security and data protection seriously, and adhere to domestic laws, strict guidelines, general practices and regulations, specifically in relation to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Getty Properties Ltd (with Mr Gary John Getty as the Data Controller) is registered as a Data Controller, and point of contact with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number   ZB203490
